A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Newport News, Virginia. I always told myself that I would get out of this place. After traveling around with the Army, I ended up right back where I started. I married my high school sweat heart, and got a nice quasi-government job. I love my job, but it was never what I intended on doing. No one grows up thinking to themselves, �I want to work at a poopy plant when I grow up.� That is right, I work for HRSD (Hampton Roads Sanitation District). I am currently a lead operator for them, at the Williamsburg Treatment Plant. The job contains many important functions, but does require me to work in the �product� occasionally. It pays well, and has offered me many opportunities. One of the opportunities has been to go back to college. My company paid for me to complete my first degree in Sociology, back in 2015. I have now decided to come back for a second degree in Cybersecurity.



A FEW THINGS I ENJOY

I enjoy many physical activities. I like to go to the gym and work out almost every day. I enjoy all sports that require you to break a sweat. The only thing that I enjoy more, is doing these activities with friends and family. My favorite sport to play is tennis. It is a sport that allows you to continuing playing even as you get older. I am also an adrinaline junkie. I have jumped out of planes, flown planes, bungie jumped, and ride motorcycles. I like traveling, and being part of new experiences.
